How we build your app

Keepport builds apps in five steps over six to ten weeks: a 30-minute call and a written scope, design you approve on your phone, weekly working builds from week three, store submission handled by us, and a monthly Care Plan after launch. You can stop at any milestone and keep everything made so far. The price is fixed before the first line of code.

  3. Week 1Kickoff. We set up your App Store and Google Play accounts in your name.
  4. Week 2You approve the designs on your phone.
  5. Week 6–10Your app is live. Care Plan starts, first 60 days included.

What do I need to prepare?
Your logo, a list of what customers should be able to do, and access to the tools you use today (POS, booking, payments). We handle the rest, including the store accounts.
How much of my time does it take?
About two hours a week: a weekly 30-minute demo, design approvals on your phone, and quick answers in a shared channel.
What if I want to stop halfway?
You can, at any milestone. You keep the designs, the code and the accounts; you pay only for completed milestones.
Who is on the team?
A US-based project lead who is on every call, a designer, and a dedicated engineering team that works only on Keepport projects. The engineer who builds your app is the one on your Care Plan.
What happens after launch?
Your Care Plan starts the day the app goes live. The first 60 days of Care Essential are included in every build.
