Keepport does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. This page explains what we do collect and why.
No cookies
This website sets no cookies. We measure traffic with Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that stores no personal data and cannot follow you across sites. That is why you saw no consent banner. Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal is respected by default because there is nothing to opt out of.
What we collect
- When you call us: your phone number appears on our phone. We use it to call you back.
- When you send a request or book a call: the name, business, email, optional phone and project details you type. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a scope. We do not sell or share them.
- When you pay: payment details are entered on Stripe, never on this site. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the card data; we receive your name, email and the plan you chose.
Where it lives and how long
Requests and bookings are stored in our email and project tools in the United States. We keep them while we work together and for two years after the last contact, then delete them. Ask at any time and we will delete or export what we hold about you.
Your choices
Email hello@keepport.com or call +1 (555) 014-0000 to ask what we hold, correct it or delete it. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can exercise those rights the same way. We do not sell personal information.
Terms in one paragraph
Prices on this site are fixed quotes once written into a signed scope. You own the code, designs and store accounts we create for you from day one. Care Plans have a three-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days' notice; the first 14 days are refundable. Full terms come with every scope.
