Design partner · October 2026

Your own ordering app, built with you, at half price.

Keepport is building the first version of its restaurant ordering app with three Texas restaurants in October 2026. Partners pay $2,500 instead of $5,000 for the setup, then the care plan at $299 a month from the second month, billed monthly or annually. You get the whole Launch package around your own menu; we get a case study with real order numbers.

What you get

Everything in the Launch package. Nothing is cut because the price is.

  • iOS and Android app under your name, in your own Apple and Google accounts. You own it.
  • Order-ahead with pickup times, modifiers, tips and Stripe payments straight to your bank.
  • Square sync: orders land in your POS, staff never re-key anything.
  • Stamp card: 10 stamps, a free item. Regulars see it on every order.
  • One push message a week, written with you, sent when people decide what to eat.
  • Launch kit: QR table cards, counter sign, first-order promo, one SMS to your existing list.
  • 30-minute staff training, recorded. A runbook for menu, prices and hours.
  • Care plan from launch day: a named engineer, fixes within 24 hours, a monthly report with your five numbers.

What we ask

Three things, none of them money.

  • Two 45-minute working sessions with the owner in October: menu and flow, then a walkthrough on your phone.
  • Your real numbers after launch: orders through the app, and what you used to pay in commission. We publish them as a case study with your approval.
  • Honest feedback for eight weeks. Tell us what your staff hates. That is the point.

How the eight weeks go

1

Week 1 · Accounts and menu

We open your Apple and Google accounts together, import your menu from Square, agree the stamp-card rule.

2

Weeks 2–5 · Build and test

Weekly build on your phone. Your staff places test orders; we fix what they find.

3

Weeks 6–7 · Stores and kit

Submission to both stores. Table cards and QR printed, promo and SMS drafted with you.

4

Week 8 · Launch

Both stores live. SMS goes out. We watch the first orders with you and start the monthly report.

The math

Why this is cheaper than the platforms, even at full price.

Monthly marketplace ordersCommission you pay today (25%)Keepport, after the first year
$4,000$1,000 / mo$299 / mo
$8,000$2,000 / mo$299 / mo
$12,000$3,000 / mo$299 / mo

Partner setup of $2,500 pays for itself in one to three months of avoided commission. Not every order moves to your app; regulars do, and regulars are most of your orders.

Questions business owners ask us

If yours is not here, call. It is faster than a form.

Why is it cheaper?
Because you are helping us build the first version. The template is real and tested on our own demo, but the first three menus shape the details. After October the price is $5,000.
What if it does not work for us?
You keep the app, the accounts and the code. The monthly plan has a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. The case study is only published with your written approval.
Do we have to leave DoorDash?
No. Most partners keep the marketplaces for new customers and move regulars to the app. The app is where the margin is; the marketplaces are advertising.
Who does the work?
Gurkan Elmaci, Keepport's founder, is on every call. A dedicated engineer builds the app. You will know both by name.
